Booking policy

A deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your total on the day.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule — the deposit can be moved to your new date.
Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Running more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter service or rebooking.
